One of the blessings of communication these days is email. Instead of written memos piling up and then going lost, email helps us stay immediate.
Of course email is also too immediate, and people (me included) send short emails rather than waiting to communicate longer messages.
The end result? Mondays are usually a 75-100 email-in-the-Inbox day. Fridays are much less hectic.
I’ve been running over 240 emails in my Inbox, waiting for an answer or a discussion or just further consideration, for months now.
As of today, I’m down to 182! Am I crazed in being happy about this?
