5 p.m. Friday, 11 December 2020. That’s a wrap on the Fall 2020 semester. Grades are posted. All student meetings are complete. And we are all exhausted. Zoomed out. Ready to rest tired eyes and weary brains.

Studio recital

I realize that I am fortunate to have a home office space where I can work, and then attempt to leave the daily of my administrative life behind.

It’s promotion & tenure time. We have four faculty up for review this year. All the letters are in. The work is being done from my home, and I’m starting at the dining room table rather than in my home office. And the view above my computer:
